Elizabeth A. Walch is an attorney practicing in the area of Family Law; Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning and Condominium and Homeowners Association Law. Walch was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995 and is also admitted to the United State District Court Middle District of Florida and the United States Supreme Court. Walch is a 1991 graduate of American University in Washington D.C. where she received a Bachelor's of Arts degree in American Studies. She graduated for Stetson Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 1995.

Before she became an attorney, Walch was a litigation legal assistant for 2 years.

She is a member of the following: American Bar Association, Association of Florida Trial Lawyers, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Manatee County Bar Association, and Sarasota County Bar Association.

Walch is also a mentor for the Manatee County Take Stock in Children program.
