Erin Itts is an attorney practicing in the areas of Family Law and Probate. Itts was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005 and is a 2001 graduate of Florida State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Itts graduated from Capital University Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 2004 where she participated in the creation of the first ever fully comprehensive adoption law website and was and continues to be a member of Phi Alpha Delta Professional Fraternity.

 

Itts is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Sarasota County Bar Association, Manatee County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Humane Society of the United States and active member and volunteer of the Humane Society of Sarasota County and is also a volunteer for the Special Olympics.
